Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the fastwebsite.app website studio, including drafts, generated sites, subscriptions, source downloads, and domain attachment.
Last updated: 29 October 2026
1. Agreement
By creating an account, using the studio, publishing a site, or buying a source download, you agree to these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business.
Operator: fastwebsite.app.
2. The service
The service turns the material you upload, such as notes, documents, photos, and a logo, into a one-page website. You can preview and edit drafts, download the static source, or publish a hosted site. The renderer produces HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from a validated site specification; you are responsible for reviewing every published page before making it public.
We may change features, limits, or supported providers. We do not guarantee that every design, layout, font, or integration will remain available forever.
3. Accounts and security
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for every person you invite.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
- We may suspend an account that is compromised, abusive, or used to break the law.
4. Plans, billing, and cancellation
- Drafts and previews are free.
- Publishing is $19.99 per month per live site. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
- The source download is $1.99 once per site, and is included while that site has an active or paid-through hosting subscription.
- You can cancel from the Stripe billing portal. The site remains available until the end of the paid period, then stops serving. Cancellation does not automatically refund a period already paid.
- Failed payments receive a short grace period. If payment is not restored, the site stops serving. See the refund and cancellation policy.
- Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment processing is provided by Stripe.
5. Your content and generated output
You retain ownership of the material you upload and of the text, images, and branding you supply. You grant us a limited licence to process that material to generate, preview, publish, and download your site, and to provide support. You confirm that you have the rights needed to use everything you upload, including logos, photographs, testimonials, and business names.
Subject to payment and these terms, you may use the generated site and the downloaded source for your business. The underlying software, templates, prompts, and design system remain ours.
AI models can produce inaccurate or unoriginal text. We ground content in your material and add open questions for missing facts, but you must verify names, prices, hours, contact details, claims, and legal notices before publishing.
6. Domains and hosting
You own and renew any custom domain at your registrar. We attach it to your site, show the records to add, and verify DNS and TLS through the hosting provider. We do not register, renew, transfer, or recover domains. If a domain stops resolving, the platform subdomain may serve the site instead.
Hosted deployments run on third-party infrastructure. We may move a deployment between providers or change the provider if needed to keep the service running.
7. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited uses include phishing, malware, impersonation, fraud, illegal goods or services, non-consensual intimate content, and infringement of intellectual-property rights. We may remove content, suspend a site, or close an account when we reasonably believe a violation has occurred.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. We may perform maintenance, change providers, or suspend a site for security, legal, or abuse reasons. We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party hosts, registrars, DNS providers, payment processors, or model providers.
9. Termination
You may delete a site or your account at any time. Deletion cancels any attached subscription and removes hosted deployments, but does not change DNS at your registrar. We may suspend or terminate the service for material breach, non-payment, abuse, or legal requirements.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or accessibility certification advice. You are responsible for the content and compliance of your published site.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and costs arising from your content, your published site, your domain, or your breach of these terms or applicable law.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the jurisdiction in which the operator is established. Before starting a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service, law, or providers. We will post the new date on this page and, for material changes, give reasonable notice by email or in the dashboard. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
