Acceptable Use Policy
This policy applies to every account, draft, published site, uploaded file, form submission, and domain attached through fastwebsite.app.
Last updated: 29 October 2026
1. The short version
Use the service to publish a truthful, lawful website for a real business or project. Do not use it to deceive, harm, infringe, or spam people.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use the service to create, publish, host, or link to:
- Phishing, credential harvesting, fake login pages, or payment interception.
- Malware, ransomware, exploit kits, botnets, or instructions for cyberattacks.
- Impersonation of a person, business, government body, or brand without authorisation, including fake reviews, credentials, awards, or endorsements.
- Fraud, scams, fake invoices, investment schemes, or deceptive urgency.
- Illegal goods or services, or content that is illegal where the site is available.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or content that sexualises minors.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or incitement to violence.
- Material that infringes copyright, trademark, database, or other intellectual-property rights.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or deceptive lead-generation funnels.
- Circumvention of the service’s limits, rate limits, authentication, billing, or access-control measures.
- Automated scraping, resale, or bulk generation that is not authorised in writing.
- Content that violates sanctions, export controls, or other applicable law.
3. Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of names, prices, hours, addresses, phone numbers, qualifications, testimonials, and claims on your site. AI-generated copy must be reviewed before publishing. Do not publish a claim you cannot support.
4. Customer content and rights
You must own or have permission to use every logo, photo, document, font, testimonial, and piece of copy you upload. You must have authority to attach any domain you submit.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate, remove content, unpublish a site, detach a domain, suspend generation, or close an account when we reasonably believe this policy or the law has been broken. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to respond. For serious harm, phishing, or illegal content, we may act immediately.
We may report apparent criminal activity to law enforcement and preserve relevant records. We may also cooperate with a hosting provider, registrar, or payment processor.
6. Reporting abuse
Report a site through the abuse report form or email abuse@fastwebsite.app. Include the URL, the category of concern, and enough detail for us to verify it. If the issue is an emergency involving immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service first.
Good-faith reports are welcome. We will not treat a report as an admission by the reporter, and we will not share the reporter’s identity with the site owner unless required by law or the reporter agrees.
7. Appeals and counter-notices
If your site was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to the notice with the site URL and an explanation. For copyright claims, include the information needed to evaluate ownership and permission. We may restore content if the complaint cannot be substantiated.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as threats and legal requirements change. The date at the top of the page changes when we do.
